Principal Consultant - President

Gary J. Ainsworth

Having thrived in the high-volume manufacturing and having more than 30 years of experience in process and product development and new product introduction and commercialization, my vision is to manage and create processes for cost-effective, sustainable manufacturing, while leveraging supply chains and a company’s internal strengths. I’ve architected exits for three companies through advancing operational and product performance.

From Fortune 500 companies to startups, as an executive or consultant, I’m known for my ability to break down operations and technical workflows, identify and solve problems up front, analyze product and process designs for manufacturability, test and reliability. By identifying the essential Critical to Function (CTF) areas in the production’s design, process development and supply chains, while highlighting constraints, Arc Completa accelerates products to market and profit.

Principal Consultant

Bradley Mingels

Having a unique combination of industry and academic experience, Bradley Mingels provides expertise and pathways to solve today’s operational, product development, and tactical problems while creating vision, strategies and education materials to solve tomorrow’s and ensure ongoing success.

Over a 30+ year career, beginning as a Manufacturing Engineer, and progressing through corporate executive and divisional management, I have been involved with all aspects of product development, manufacturing, strategy, business growth, and corporate governance.  In parallel with industry experience, I am also an Adjunct Professor of Engineering at Northeastern University (over 20 years) and the University of Massachusetts Lowell (over 30 years), teaching applied Engineering both as on-campus courses as well as on-site corporate seminars and workforce training.

 The combination of academic and professional experience provides clients, partners, students, and trainees with a unique understanding of problem-solving and project management with a strong focus on take-aways, tools, and equipping our workforce to meet present and future challenges.

Michael (Mac) MacDonald

Michael (Mac) MacDonald’s brings his results-oriented operations executive leadership skills to Arc Completa.  Having international enterprise expertise and an extensive background of leading change, Mike combines the objectiveness of Six Sigma with Lean Expertise to help our clients continuously drive improvements while maintaining a firm commitment to quality, cost and safety.

His enterprise level understanding and ability to quickly provide solutions in complex operations and supply chains are his strengths, while effectively communicating with stakeholders.

Mac most recently served as Managing Director for Alstom, a global leader in passenger transit rolling stock and components, with responsibilities for the largest passenger rail manufacturing site in North America in Hornell, NY as well as sites in Pittsburg, PA where automated people movers and components are manufactured.
